¡¡¡¡The Consulate of the Republic of Vanuatu to Beijing has been upgraded to the Embassy of the Republic of Vanuatu on 19th August 2005, and the latter has been officially opened on 16th January 2006.
¡¡¡¡The Embassy of the Republic of Vanuatu will commit itself to consolidate and develop the bilateral friendly and cooperative relationship between China and Vanuatu, facilitate and promote exchanges and co-operations in such fields as economic, trade, tourism, culture and education etc.
